The race fans at All
American Speedway will be in for a huge night of
racing entertainment as an outstanding field of
Late Models has committed for the 100 lap feature.
Former NASCAR K&N Pro Series West champion Mike
David will join Jason Fensler, Jacob Gomes, Bobby
Hodges, and Justin Philpott in this star-studded
lineup. The field will have to contend with
Roseville regulars such as Matt Scott and Jonathan
Mawhinney.

USAC Amsoil Western Sprint Car Series rookie Luis
Ramos finished third to lead all Western
competitors in Saturday night’s showdown with the
USAC Rocky Mountain Sprint Car Series at Rocky
Mountain Raceways in Salt Lake City, UT.
Ramos gained points on points leader Tony Hunt in
the championship standings as well.

Mackena Bell has been replaced by Marc Davis for
the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race this Saturday
night at Lee USA Speedway in New Hampshire.
Bell has not finished in the top-ten so far in
2010 driving for Drive for Diversity / Revolution
Racing. Also of note: Petaluma, Calif.-based Rueda Racing will be debuting at Lee with female
racer Ali Kern of Fremont, OH. Rueda Racing
is a new NASCAR team with a diversity angle that
lists drivers Quintin Crye and Carlos Contreas on
its website.

Kyle Larson has signed
with J.J. Yeley's Triple Crown Racing to compete
in the TNT Sprint Bandits non-wing tour throughout
the midwest in August. Larson's midwest
swing will begin August 8 in the USAC Non-Wing
Nationals at Knoxville before he begins the busy
TNT schedule.

Easton, California’s Tommy Tarlton will bring a
five-point lead over the red-hot Kyle Larson of
Elk Grove into the Ocean Speedway this Friday
night July 30, during what will be the ninth race
of the season for the Ocean Sprint Car Series
presented by Taco Bravo. This Friday’s event
will mark the third of four qualifying races for
the 50th running of the
$5,000-to-win/$300-to-start Johnny Key Classic.

WEST SERIES DRIVERS MAKING THEIR PRESENCE FELT IN
IOWA NATIONWIDE

As many as four NASCAR
K&N Pro Series West drivers will compete in
Saturday night's U.S. Cellular 250 for the NASCAR
Nationwide Series at Iowa Speedway. Already
pre-entered are #02 Daryl Harr, #05 Blake Koch,
and #83 Johnny Borneman. All three will have
to qualify into the field on time.
RACELINE has learned that David Mayhew, second in
West Series points, is slated to step in for the
#33 Kevin Harvick if he is delayed by his Cup
activities in Pocono.
